Jinma Tractor Front Loader Installation

1.Exchange the tie-in of vent-pipe.

2.Joint bottom frame to vertical column with bolts and fix it to the tractor.

3.Joint bucket, lift arm, support legs and cylinder with pins.

4.Put down support legs, support the loader firmly, drive tractor closely, put the inner vertical column into vertical column after locate its proper position, joint them with a quick-change pin, fix it with an opening pin.

5.Get through oil lines with soft pipes, high-pressure soft pipes can't be distorted and be pulled too tight when installing.

6.During assembling, pour lubricant into every hinge, so as to rotate freely.

7.After assemble, start the engine at idle speed, conjoin gear pump, operate multi-way diverter valve pole, up the working device, check all lines coupling, ensure no leakage.

8.Operate multi-way diverter valve pole, make four cylinders and pipes full of oil, then add hydraulic oil to the line, for fear that oil pump empty.

9.If tractor needs to do other assignment, pull out pin, put down support legs support firmly, and pull out the quick-change
